Jalessa Lenise Almonacy is a passionate and multifaceted attorney licensed in both New York and New Jersey, with a solid foundation in personal injury and general liability law. Before joining the firm, Jalessa developed a robust litigation background. Her practice has spanned Title 59 claims, workers’ compensation, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. She brings a strategic and detail-driven approach to discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and legal writing.

Jalessa earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Massachusetts School of Law – Dartmouth, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association, Associate Editor of the UMass Law Review, and was awarded the Judge Reginald Lindsay Public Service Award. She completed over 650 hours of pro bono work, earning her a Pro Bono Award—underscoring her deep commitment to advocacy and justice.
