Attorney Sean Doyle

Attorney Sean Doyle has been practicing law for over a decade and applies his extensive knowledge and passion for the law to helping individuals and families experiencing a crisis.

He handles family law and criminal defense cases for Bhatt Law Group. As a family law attorney, Sean is proud that he’s able to provide guidance and representation to families who are trying to navigate the often confusing and frightening New Jersey family courts and DCPP/DYFS investigations. He has handled hundreds of complex divorce, prenup, custody, restraining orders, and child support cases over his career. He has a genuine compassion for families going through difficult times and handles family matters with sensitivity and respect.

On the criminal side, Sean defends clients facing indictable offenses, disorderly persons charges, DWI, and municipal court matters, bringing the same diligent preparation and tenacity to protecting their rights and freedom. He understands how much is at stake when a client’s record, livelihood, and liberty are on the line, and he advocates accordingly at every stage of a case.

As a certified mediator, Sean is also able to help families resolve disputes outside the courtroom, guiding them toward fair, lasting agreements while reducing the cost, stress, and conflict that often accompany litigation. Sean applies an aggressive yet thoughtful approach to getting the best results for his clients, and has successfully resolved hundreds of matters in courts throughout New Jersey. He combines diligent preparation with a deep commitment to protecting the interests of every family he represents.

Before entering the practice of law, Sean was an Army intelligence analyst and member of the Air Force Security Police, experience that gives him a sharp eye for detail and a dedicated, “won’t back down” attitude when his clients need a strong advocate.

Sean grew up near Atlantic City and attended law school at Rutgers University.
